It was good seeing you all at Nick’s mums house the other weekend. It certainly
looks like you’re all in you’re physical peak (the training must be going well).
You’ll all be glad to know that I am feeling more and more confident that I can
handle those trick roads. I’ve really been putting some training in and I’ve never
felt so alert and sharp. Especially after drinking a magnum of wine every morning!!!

As the driver for the weekend I have been doing some important training. Yesterday, I decided to drive to Nottingham to see my sister and I’m glad to say I arrived there safely. I also went for a 3 mile run to keep my alertness up. All looking good for the big weekend.

I ran/walked about seven miles in one hour ten minutes last night, which I think is not bad for a big lad (a very big lad!). Needless to say, I cannot feel my legs today. However, it is the third time I’ve done this run/walk this week - bit I still haven’t lost any weight!!!
